We are well positioned to fulfill the labour requirements of Network Rail main contractors. We have an exemplary safety record on rail related work and our workforce hold all relevant rail safety certification.

In addition to our core business of labour supply our service to clients is enhanced through our plant training services division which is an accredited provider, training both our own workforce and that of external clients and individuals.

Radar Universal Resourcing Solutions was born through the success and great client relationships developed via both Radar Universal Piling and Radar Universal Civils Divisions. A natural transition that was formed because of our highly skilled, competent and hardworking staff that clients then wanted to take onto future projects that they were self-delivering.

Here at Radar Universal Resourcing Solutions we have regional delivery teams that have the experience and expertise to work with clients on an array of diverse and exciting projects supplying skilled labour.

By developing a database of over 7000 staff we can cater for long term project work as well as the ad hoc and last minute requests and appreciate that the right to work on the long term projects has to be earned through working hard to cover the last minute ad hoc labour resource requests that our clients have. This is how we have successfully developed our status as a first tier labour supplier with the majority of our clients.
